selamat hari raya!!

hey guys,

raya this year was short but memorable..

woke up at 5am to get ready.. took some pictures at danni's place, bermaaf-maafan.. then off to auburn for solat raya.. its really a good experience, lots of different culture.. and the mosque is beautiful!! at first, we didnt think we could make it in time for the solat, cuz it was soo hard to find a parking!! there was double parking everywhere!! reminds me of malaysia!! but then we make it just nice.. and the best part is, kutbah is in english!!

after that, officially raya!! makan2 at erin's.. i am soo very glad that i have a sister to celebrate with this year.. we had rendang, lemang, nasi minyak, ayam masak merah, and dalca.. kak long came with abg iman and ceylan.. lots of people came later!! then off to hall!! well, m'sian hall wasnt as exiting as last year or 2 years back where there's only a few of us.. now there's too much people, and we cant expect to meet everyone..

not forgetting, me and fwens are having an 'open house'!! so, do come ya!!

its been soo long

hey readers,

i know its been forever since i've post something on this blog. well, here it goes..

nothing much has changed from before, i still surf, jam, study, and etc.. this ramadhan is really testing me as i really need to brush up on a few stuff that i lack.. and when i say 'i', i dont mean its just me. yeah, u people out there!! get back on track ya!!

regarding my band, its been going smoothly. we got our own single "i dont know" and im really proud of it! and more to come! but, as being a band, everyone has their own commitments and the best thing is that everyone understands it. so, we cant jam every weekend like planned.

surf.. the other weekend, me and andrea went for a surf at maroubra.. OMG!! u cant believe it but DOLPHINS were there!! it was magical! not 3-5 of them but 10-15 of them! one whole school. they were swimming beneath us and surfing the waves too!! OMG! its magical!!

lovelife.. naah. not looking foward to anything. still looking for the ONE. but not desperate. no pressure. there's nothing bad bout being single too. at least, there's less burden and not too many hearts to break.

breakups, fights, relationships are all around me now.. getting together, breaking up, its just how it is..

talking about me, i think i need to get my confidence back! once i got that back, it'll be awesome! im just getting back on track with my studies and social life. meeting the right people, doing the right things, and setting myself straight. all i need is my confidence. that's y its studying, life saving, surfing, not forgetting MASCA. this is all i need to get my confidence back.

after that, watch out!! cuz here comes awesome eiman!! hahaha..

learning to funk!

the surfboard was great!! enjoyed it... only thing now is to make sure that its worth 250aud.. hihi..

btw, my band just decided to change genre!! from punk to funk!! so, learning how to funk from a book.. never known how to read drum notes and learning by myself.. not that hard.. but playing the funk beat or should i say funk 'groove' is freakin hard!!

and... got myself a new phone!! Blackberry Storm 9500.. i can acctually check email and send them through my phone..

owh.. the new law library!! tons of books!!!

i just got myself a surf board!! its a second hand board but looks very new.. even there's no trace of wax on it!!

since i've learn surfing, i've always wanted to buy a board but a brand new one is expensive.. so, i'll look for a cheaper one.. then e-bay it is!! i bought it for 250AUD.. and surely i think its worth it.. but still waiting to try it out this monday!!

lately, i've been having dreams.. dreams which when u wake up seems soo real!! and u really feel like going back to sleep after waking up.. (p/s: not using as an excuse to sleep)

btw, that's not the real point im writing this.. the thing is, i've been getting dreams about this girl twice already!! its not 'wet dreams' trust me.. i mean, i can totally see this girl in my dreams.. what is this? i can even describe this girl in my dreams..

Surfer Dude!!

hey guys,

today was my first lesson on surfing with zulaikha... had alot of fun!! on the first 2 waves, i didnt actually could stand on the board.. it looks easy but it NOT!! after that, i've been standing on almost all the waves i choose to.. but this was just the whitewash type of wave.. its not a big one.. but, what the heck!! i was surfing!!! woohoo!! zue was not bad herself.. i think she did a few waves too herself!!

i was thinking of making this a hobby.. u know, wake up early to surf, then when its relax time at the beach, u could actually study or read!! all i need is a surf buddy!! someone who's into it as well.. anyone interested??

anyway, my mind needs to be on the quiz tomorrow.. tata~

bye-bye 2008 & hello 2009!

firstly,
bad things that happens on 2008 has taught me alot. i mean its time to say goodbye to everything else and hello to university. this year's resolution is to score better results! other than that, nothing much.

i've enjoyed 2008, and i think that year was a very good year for me to actually grow up and look at what i want, getting back on track. i actually like 2008 but 2009 awaits me. more stuff to learn about. more people to get to know. more challanges that i'll face. and many more. so, beware!! u're a better person now. u'll do the right thing. make the right decision.

anyway, u guys dont want to hear about that. let's talk about the NYE celebration.
10pm - just finish work. lucky the shop was quite that it close early.
10.30pm - park my car somewhere near central station and started walking up to the city
10.45pm - called erin and found out that i couldnt join them. got a suggestion from erin to go back home and watch on the tv. but keep on walking.
10.55pm - went down to the train station on town hall. asked the cashier guy if millers point would be a good spot for fireworks display. where he suggested darling habour. (with all the actions saying that is too crowdy). then decided to go to darling habour.
11.15pm - nik called. he just finish work as well. he then decide to join me in darling habour.
11.30pm - saw a concert (dont know who). then a kid started dancing and people starte trowing coins at him
11.45pm - change sitting area. right at the side of the habour.
11.55pm - some kiasu people blocked me and nik's view. told eveyone to sit down.
12.00am - fireworks display!! happy new year!! everything was just right infront of us. we could see the circular quay's one as well.
12.15am - fireworks finished. walk towards erin.
12.40am - stopped by starbucks. nik bought coffee and i bought coke.still walking towards erin.
1.00 am - meet erin at hyde park. everyone's face was tired. espeacially eby. hihi.
1.20am - bye erin.
1.45am - got back to the car. and head home.

that's all it is.. one of the most wonderful fireworks display ever!! and the best spot to look at it.. had a good time and let's put 2008 behind us and look foward to 2009!

Drama Hospital!!

hey guys,

todayi just spend 5 hours in a hospital!! dont worry it was not me who's admitted, its my fwen (syahir). in the morning, he was complaining about a pain in the stomach and keep on crouching down and cant move. straight away, idzani said 'bring him to the doctor!!'. so, while not eating anything, we went to RPAH.

registered and waited for hours and hours. this is what i picked up in the hours in the hospital. there was this guy came in with his fwens. his friends made an announcement in the emergency unit saying that their friend has an OD. (over-dose). u can see that the guy can barely move!! OMG!! looking at this, it was about 2.00pm in the afternoon. Who gets OD in the middle of the day??

an hour after that, his parents came. with a face of not worried at all. their face were mad. just imagine guys, OD + Consultation of Doctor + more tests + administration for the night + operation + etc = ALOT OF MONEY!! damn!! why so stupid one?? haiyo.. but he turns out alright.

btw, syahir had appendix after 2 blood tests. at first, i convinced myself that it was not appendix. because it was not on the right hand side of the stomach. but then it moves from the stomach to the right hand side of the stomach. the doctor gave him an option to do it on the night (where he does not have an insurance) or do it after his exam (monday). after discussion with his parents, he wanted to do it after the exams. but the timing cannot be more than perfect right?? in sydney, during exams, and a week before going to japan. damn!!

i know im suppose to study now but come on!! give me a break!! hihi. btw, i want to talk about dancing now. just in the mood. the other day i was watching Channel V where there was the top 45 funky dance. so, this one music video just cought my attention.

that's awesome!! the other day, i think a long time ago, i went to this club where there was this guy who didn't know how to dance. to me, dancing is simple. all u have to do is follow the beat!! even a baby could dance following the beat!! sorry. but i have no intention to hurt anyone. to me, everyone can dance. its just the effort to learn it or not.

there's many types of dances, and for now, i think i have not even conquered half of it!! i wish i could do all the dances. just the basics would be wonderful! i dont have to be a professional dancer. just a dancer. how i wish i could learn dancing in Uni. more fun. and less work!! hihi.

just wishing after the exams i could test some of my skills on the dance floor. haha. not with the girls i guess. hihi.

coroney..

heyya guys,

here's some new updates about my car coroney.

until today, coroney has gone 667km.. and nothing seems to be wrong.. i just got fined for the first time in my life!! 81 dollars!! this was because of i didnt pay for parking.. i was late for 15 minutes!!

when i sent coroney to the medic (mechanic), the doctor (tom) said that for the car to be in tip top condision i have to spend about AUD500 on it.. im thinking to just spend the money on it cuz i'll be using it almost everyday..

ADND is coming and coroney has been such a good gf. it has never disapoint me yet. and raya cant be better without it.

btw, im still not married (registered) with coroney as the time when i want to declare it with the court (RTA Office). i couldnt because i didnt bring enough evidence to prove my address.. so, coroney, sabar ya? huhu..

First Car!

here's my new car!!

i bought it for AUD 1250. with 2 new front tyres. its a 1992 toyota corolla seca with 1.6 litre engine. I'm calling it 'coroney'. i bought this using my OWN MONEY. where parents just support AUD 250 for the other expenses. thanks!!

Msg from Dad: Congratulations on your first car in your life!! but please drive carefully/don't speed. and in australia, stay off the roads on friday and saturday nights as there's too may drunk drivers. have fun!!

im my opinion: my second car has to be more expensive/better than my first car as that's my boundary now.. haiyo!!

memories

slowly the memories of my ex (gg) is going away. first the key wallet she gave me went missing. then, the ring we had, just broke of. now the ring is lost and im left with just the thiggy that was stuck on the ring.

honestly, i wouldnt want it to happen. as i keep memories of all my ex's. some i dont have any momories about. is this totally natural? its not that i still havefeelings for them. its that i want to tell myself why in the first place the breakup is there. i dont take my relationships lightly (eventhough i say i do). so, break up is the last thing i would think about.

today i've seen a total transformation of weather as well as clothes.. spring is coming.. so, throw away the jackets and sweaters and grab the skirts and t-shirt!!

the sun above ur head, the girls in sun dresses, and sunnies all around not forgetting SALE!!

the only thing about the weather, is flies!! i was cooking dinner tonight and there was this big fly!! dont know where it comes from but it keeps reminding me of the last summer's experience..

btw, today was GRADUAN.. i went there as last night pn. nora (student advisor) called me and ask me to go.. it was a good experience as i was really looking for practical experience.. i wouldnt want to work with my dad for practical experience as i dont think i will gain alot.. i'll gain more if i were to go to other companies.. as for work after uni, im thinking of a few years with other companies before handling my own.. i need to show HIM that im worthit!!

i miss yaya's lepak again.. not that i want too but i got work.. but, she'll be in KL. so, there's no way that im not gonna see her again.. huhu.. miss ya yaya!!

merdeka, puasa then raya

merdeka!! its been 51 years already since our beloved country has been independent.. im proud of malaysians and to be a malaysian..

today is the first day of puasa. and its very tiring. it has been soo long since my last puasa. btw, after puasa, is raya which is spring break. so, what am i gonna do this spring? huhu.

in the other hand, since MGM, something happen. let's hope its not like last year. (bad experience). and when i say its not over yet. it means that, i still have ADND to think of. which will cover most of my time too!! im getting really busy really soon!!

plus, i have 3 quizzes and 2 reports due on week 8.. one after another.. i am sooo DEAD!!

busy week

just want to tell everyone that it has been a very buzy week for me.. i dont even have time for myself..

so, today, i decided to take a break and spend time for myself.. huhu.. could u try to imagine, class starts from morning till evening.. after that head to the library. then cook dinner.. then work.. after work get back home and settle stuff for the next day.. i have 2 assignments waiting for next week.. im going to do it tonight!!

last weekend i had a very tiring weekend.. i didnt acctually get enough sleep.. then on the monday, i woke up late and missed a few classes.. but then catched up with my good friend (alan).. lucky for me its all lectures..

i know MGM is a big event.. training from 10-5pm.. how i wish i could do my assignments during the practice.. huhu.. yeah right!! dancing while calculating the load of each column in a building weight?? haha.. that's funny...

alright guys.. i gtg.. laundry is waiting and need to go for practice which i am already late.. huhu..
